A few things to know.

Does FainLane take screenshots?

Use your usual screenshot tool or copy an image. FainLane handles the paste.

Where do the images go?

To a private upload folder on your remote machine, outside your projects. FainLane uses the session you’re focused on.

Does it change my clipboard?

No. Your image stays on the clipboard, ready to paste elsewhere.

Does it send my prompt?

No. It inserts the image path. You choose when to submit.

Will my agent ask to read the image?

It may ask for permission because the image is outside your project.

Why does it need Mac permissions?

To detect the paste shortcut, identify your terminal session, and insert the image path. The app guides you through setup.

What happens after the trial?

At launch, a $12/year subscription will be required after the trial. The trial will not charge you automatically.
